Joy Cepeda I was happy with the program till it don't print to a PDF file anymore. It freezes during process. Now I hear it is discontinued. Now I can't use this program to print out songbooks. Perhaprs a refund is in order. joyfrnk2000@yahoo.com. What are you going to do about this problem?
I am very dissatisfied with the program. I set up the process for printing my songbook to PDF file format and it freezes. When I go to print to Microsoft PDF it freezes. So, I am unable to print out my Karaoke songbooks. I have been trying to get someone to help me but I get no response.
Joy Cepeda I have been having trouble creating Songbooks. When I try going through the process, I only get so far and it freezes up on me. I set it up, then when I get to the part where I print to Microsoft PDF, it freezes up and does not allow me to print to a PDF file or print from my printer. It freezes when I try to print the book.
